Spring House Restoration – Kitnersville

Twenty years ago we rebuilt the house from the stone walls up.  It’s a picture perfect renovation.  Now the owner wanted to rebuild the springhouse ruin.  The remains of the stone walls were pointed and added to with existing stone of the property.  The standing seam metal roof give protection to the walls with the proper Bucks County colonial out building characteristics.
